Reach for a shoulder strap pouch when you want your phone, camera, or snacks front-and-center. Go with a hip belt style pouch for things you check often but do not need in your hand, like a map or a headlamp. Most of our hikers end up running two, and honestly that is the move.

Our shoulder strap pouches are designed to fit most standard pack straps, including Hilltop packs and other major brands. Check the product page for strap width specs.
Are the pouches waterproof?
The Dyneema, X-Pac, and ECOPAK fabrics are highly water-resistant and will keep rain off your phone and gear. Zippers are water-resistant, not submersible.
